Studio Spatia is a digital-first architecture and interior design firm offering consultative packages, visual identity development, and operational tools. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise specified.
2. Engagement Model
Consultative Delivery: Services are structured as digital packages with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Remote Collaboration: All communication and delivery occur via email, video calls, and shared digital workspaces.
Client Onboarding: Engagement begins only after acceptance of proposal and receipt of initial payment.
3. Scope and Revisions
Each package includes a clearly defined scope and number of revisions.
Additional requests beyond scope will be billed separately at the prevailing hourly rate.
Studio Spatia reserves the right to decline scope changes that compromise design integrity or delivery timelines.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in the proposal and invoice.
Work begins only after payment confirmation.
Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery due to Studio Spatia’s fault.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, templates, and documents remain the intellectual property of Studio Spatia unless explicitly transferred.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the intended purpose.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Studio Spatia will not disclose client information, project details, or proprietary data without written consent.
Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of Studio Spatia’s methods, templates, and internal documentation.
7. Platform Use
Clients may access digital tools, templates, and resources via our platform.
Misuse, redistribution, or unauthorized access may result in termination of access and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Studio Spatia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, platform, or deliverables.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before legal action.
All arbitration proceedings shall take place in High cour of Madras,Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Jurisdiction is governed by the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
10. Updates
Studio Spatia may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
